Trekker weeks of camp focus on the uniqueness of the preteen age group. These weeks will provide campers with the opportunities to explore new interests, try new skills, and enjoy a bit more independence in choosing certain activities. Activity choice will occur within the tent group unit and also individually within the morning U-Pick-It electives. Tent group activities include morning "Life Search" devotionals, kayaking, mini-golf on our NEW course, swimming, the big water slide, group games, power swing, crafts, sports, Fireside worship, and a special latenight event — one for guys and one for gals! Daily U-Pick-Its provide choice in personal electives that include archery, basic GPS, street hockey, drama, basketball, leather crafts, climbing tower, mini-zipline, the "Survival Game," and more. Each day ends by playing hard during Recreation Hour, then enjoying Fireside, a time for singing, prayer and sharing by the week's camp pastor.
