| Upon registration the $50 deposit is considered non-refundable. Cancellations made before two weeks prior to the beginning of the registered camp week will receive reimbursement for all but the $50 non-refundable deposit. Within two weeks and before the Friday prior to the registered week of camp you will be eligible for a 50% tuition refund. Please allow three weeks for us to process your refund. If we are not informed of your cancellation by the Friday prior to the beginning of camp, the full tuition for that week of camp will be forfieted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope you understand why this is necessary.
