Sylane knows what it means to experience God's grace, for she comes from a past of horrendous (her word) emotional, physical and sexual abuse. She is firmly convinced that GOD is greater than our greatest pains, shames and fears. As she shares about her own life journey, God's word opens up for those who hear or read what God has given her to tell.  Born in southern California, Cheri began studying classical piano at age seven. Later she served her local church as worship coordinator, which led to her writing her own songs. That venture led further to seven albums, nine Number One songs, and a Dove Award.
