The Yurt
   
The origin of the yurt goes back a long way, to the nomads of Mongolia who lodged in circular domed tents of skins stretched over collapsable frames. Spruce Lake's circular yurt is patterned after the original, though ours is permanent and made of canvas instead of skins! Bed space for six lines the interior walls, leaving open the space in the center.
