Program Center
The use of our multipurpose Lakeview Program Center as a meeting area is reserved for our largest groups. The auditorium can comfortably seat 400-500 people, with possible space for more on occasion. A nursery for small children and meeting room for 12-15 people (Commons Room) can be either reserved on their own by a small group, or as a unit with the auditorium for large groups. Lakeview serves also as our gym and concert hall.

Oakroom
The Oakroom, with space for about 45 people, is located in the lower level of Spruce Lodge just off the recreation room. This space is wheelchair-accessible from an outside path. Restroom facilities are upstairs on the main level of Spruce Lodge.

Evergreen
Up to 60-70 people can be seated in the Evergreen Room. Because it's located in the upper level of Pines Lodge, however, it is not wheelchair-accessible, but it does offer its own restroom. There's a cozy corner at one end of the room wtih sofas and a lamp for relaxing, reading, or praying by the window.

Sunroom
With three sides of this room in windows, the Sunroom is indeed a cheerful place, with lots of light even when the sun isn't shining. Up to 60-70 people can be seated in this room, which offers a piano as well. It's located just off the lobby of Spruce Lodge, so there is easy and wheelchair-accessible access to restrooms and the dining room on the same level.

Cedar Hall
Located in the lower level of Homestead, Cedar Hall has space for 100-125 people. A flexible divider allows the large room to be split into two smaller meeting or activity spaces. Cedar Hall is wheelchair-accessible by an outside path, offers its own restroom, a ping-pong table, plus a snack bar and fridge for preparing your own snacks.

Hearthstone
The meeting room in Hearthstone Lodge (located in our Mountainside lodging area) goes with the rental of the building. However, it is large enough, with space for up to 60 people, to accommodate guests in both Mountain Laurel and Hearthstone lodges if these are both reserved by the same group. It is wheelchair-accessible and offers its own restroom on the same level. This meeting room is right next to the dining area, which can also serve as meeting/gathering space.
Black Cherry (Chapel)
This separate small building can fit 60-70 people comfortably. Plenty of windows offer light. There's an elecric piano, and it's wheelchair-accessible. Located a short distance from Spruce Lodge, however, the closest restroom facilities are located there.
Wilderness Pavilion
This large, rustic, fully winterized meeting room located at Wilderness Camp has space for 100-200 people. It offers a large kitchen, food service area, fireplace and restrooms, all on the same level. Picnic tables for eating can be rearranged so the space can be used for group activities. Ping-pong tables and a carpet ball table are there for you as well. Our youth camp uses this facility May through August.

Hemlock Lounge
The lounge in Hemlock is a pleasant room for 10-20 people, with easy chairs, windows for light and a fireplace. It's accessible by everyone, including those with wheelchairs, from the outside. There are restroom facilities in the lower level (not wheelchair-accessible). This lounge is generally reserved together with guest rooms in the same building.

Hemlock Hall
This meeting space constitutes the lower level of Hemlock Lodge and has space for 40-50 people. Restroom facilities and a kitchen area for snacks are on the same level. This space, however, is not wheelchair-accessible. Hemlock Hall is generally reserved together with guest rooms in the same building.
Carol Lounge
Located on the lower level of Carol Cottage, this cozy lounge offers space for 10-15 people. Natural light comes through large windows, one of which looks out toward the woods and the lake. There's a wood stove and a snack bar for storing and preparing your own snacks. There are no restroom facilities in this lounge, but it is wheelchair-accessible. This lounge is generally reserved together with guest rooms in the same building.

Birch Lounge
A cozy, comfy lounge with windows that let in plenty of sunshine, Birch Lounge has space for about 15-20 people. It is generally reserved along with Birch Hall, and restroom facilities are located there. However, with its location on the second floor of Spruce Lodge, this area is not wheelchair-accessible.

Twin Oaks Lounge
Morning sun and a fireplace can make this lounge a cheery place. Located in the main level of Twin Oaks Lodge, it is wheelchair-accessible. There are no restrooms in this area, other than those in the two private rooms on the same level. There is space for approximately 10-12 people.
